This is a career-defining move for an ambitious Sales Consultant. You'll be working with high-spec homes, well-qualified leads, and a strong network of agents and investors. If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hit monthly sales targets (direct and through partners)
2. Build strong relationships with agents, investors, and buyers
3. Keep CRM (Salesforce) fully updated
4. Guide clients from reservation to completion
5. Stay informed on Manchester's new homes market
6. Support development launches and events
7. Represent the brand with professionalism
What We're Looking For:
1. 2 years' property sales experience as a minimum
2. Based in Manchester
3. Confident with Microsoft Office
4. CRM experience (Salesforce a bonus)
5. Positive attitude and a team player
Working Hours
Sunday - Thursday: 09:00-17:00
Tuesday - Saturday: 09:00-17:00
One full weekend off every month
What You'll Get in Return
Basic Salary: £28,000
OTE: £50,000-£60,000
