About the Role:
As Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple care homes within your region, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional care while maintaining compliance with all regulations. You’ll lead and inspire your teams, drive performance, and contribute to the development and growth of Orchard Care Homes as we continue to expand.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Leadership: Experience in managing multi-site operations, with a strong background in the care sector.
* Operational Excellence: Strong focus on delivering high-quality care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
* Passion for Dementia Care: Experience or a keen interest in developing specialist dementia care services.
* Visionary: A proactive leader with a strategic mindset to support our planned expansion and growth in 2025.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate with support services teams.
