The opportunity
We are currently on the hunt for an engaging individual to undertake the role of Customer Experience Coordinator for our Furnware NZ market, based in our head office in Hastings. This role plays an integral part of ensuring our Service Delivery function is effective and maximises customer satisfaction. The primary function of the role is to provide proactive administrative support.
* Communicating directly with customers to confirm delivery details.
* Providing follow-up services.
* Liaising with carriers in NZ and international markets.
* Managing customer enquiries and issues.
* General administration and office support.
* Front of house customer reception services.
About you
There’s plenty to do so being organised, efficient and someone who knows how to prioritise your workload is important. Being a team player and having strong communication skills will enable you to build rapport with customers and enhance the Resero brand.
Having an upbeat, friendly attitude coupled with a strong work ethic and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential qualities for this role. You’ll be taught the rest by our awesome team!
