One of G2 Recruitment's local authority clients in the North West of the UK are seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team for the next 6 months to cover maternity leave.
The role will primarily be focused on complaints work with Housing Standards and Conditions.
The position is hybrid, requiring some office/site presence - ideally twice per week, depending on your inspections that are booked in advance.
Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
Criteria to be considered:
* Must have HHSRS certificate (Housing Health and Safety Rating System)
* Recent local authority experience within Private Sector Housing/Housing Standards/Housing Enforcement.
* Be confident conducting inspections on your own for HMO properties.
