Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our Vehicle Solutions team. We offer a generous commission structure along with exceptional opportunities for progression for the right candidate
To deliver agreed annual budgeted sales through self-motivation and strategic account development. This sales role will focus on all available products in the Radius Vehicle Solutions portfolio and requires balance of individual sales actions and achievements plus development of the business via agreed working processes and procedures.

This is an office-based role working within Radius vehicle solutions Leasing & Finance team, you will be representing the brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service in a compliant manor in line with the FCA guidelines, this means good quality qualification of the customers’ needs will be key as you will be expected follow professional and legal processes which ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
You will manage new phone and email leasing leads daily and will be targeted via KPI's to speak with, qualify and to sell to prospective private individuals and businesses an appropriate car or van which is predominantly funded on Contract Hire and Lease.
Knowledge of Contract Hire, Leasing, Hire Purchase and all other funding methods is ideal but not essential for the right candidates, but an excellent knowledge of cars and a solid understanding of the car industry is essential.
This role is part of a growing team working in an exciting environment where we encourage you to challenge yourself, to think for yourself and to take ownership. Besides having an excellent telephone manner, you must be hard working, honest, conscientious and be a brilliant problem solver. You also have to be well organised, enthusiastic and tenacious and have very high standards for yourself.

• Contacting applicants to qualify their needs / budget
• Managing a high level of workflow and leads.
• Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
• Working towards fixed weekly KPIs
• Working in a fun and fast paced sales environment.
