Are you an experienced, senior plots / conveyancing solicitor, with significant experience dealing with housebuilders, and interested in taking a lead lawyer role at a high profile, reputable UK house builder?
If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established conveyancing / plots sales team, where you have the opportunity to have a real impact and influence on strategic decision making.
You will be responsible for matters including:
· Leading the in house conveyancing team for the sale of new homes & part exchange.
· Managing a team and implementing sound legal processes & policies & monitoring compliance issues, as well as liaising with and advising key decision makers within the business.
· Attending & inputting into business strategy meetings from a legal perspective.
· Transactional work
· Infrastructure agreements & deeds / easements.
· Sales of land & freehold reversions
· Management company agreements
This opportunity is ideal for a significantly experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a significant residential plots / conveyancing expertise and experience dealing with house builders.
You will have experience managing a team and someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment. It is envisaged you will be 8 PQE or above due to the requirement for management experience.
The opportunity is based in the West Midlands and the business is operating a hybrid working policy, so some office attendance is required.
