About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team in Eastbourne/Lewes. Working with home first on a variety of residential works, in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produces work to the highest standards and delivers outstanding customer service.
Duties:
* Installation Expertise: Install all necessary components in a bathroom or kitchen environment, including sanitary ware, kitchen units, 1st fix pipework, flooring, boarding, dry lining, and 2nd fixing.
* Plumbing and Tiling: Perform skilled tasks such as installing sinks, laundry appliances, sanitaryware, and level access wet-rooms, aqua panels, and tiling.
* Maintenance and Repairs: Repair leaks, replace bathroom and kitchen taps, mixer showers, and perform carpentry, door, and window repairs.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
* Customer Service: Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Teamwork: Work well both unsupervised and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and a proactive approach.
* Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
