Duties include: Assist the Financial Controller with all financial matters through the year. Maintain the bank reconciliations. Sales administration, including raising internal and external sales invoices. Assistance with month end accounts preparation, balance sheet administration and ad hoc reconciliations. Invoice coding and tracking, seeking approvals where required. Ad hoc reconciliations and analysis as required by the Financial Controller.
