Account Coordinator - Gi Group Recruitment Location - Northampton Mon- Fri Salary up to £28k Bonus Role Overview: As a Recruitment Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating recruitment activities for our client. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and is committed to delivering exceptional service. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you Account Co-ordinator responsibilities: - Develop and maintain an effective working relationship client stakeholders. - Recruitment activities such as advertising, screening, interviewing, assessment days, right to work checks, reference checks and inductions. - Conduct check in / satisfaction / rebook calls to all Flexible Employees - To be the first point of call for your candidates and client in dealing with any questions and offering any support. - Attends daily and weekly planning and staffing meetings, where applicable. - Monitoring staff quality, attendance and attrition levels. - Allocate suitable candidates to shifts and book in according to the headcount plan. - Maintain accurate filing system for both Working & Inactive candidate - Attend and participate in Team Meetings as required Requirements: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
