The Campaign Targeting Assistant works with our data resources to build and define audiences and data for campaigns, creating customer journeys which are relevant to customer and responsive to their behaviour. This role would suit someone that has excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex data concepts to a non-technical audience. You will be responsible for Working cooperatively with stakeholders to develop customer targeting requirements for Tesco's marketing communications. Managing and fulfilling data selection and analytical requests using our Email Service Provider. Ensuring that customer selections are accurate and produced to agreed deadlines, meeting data brief and specifications provided. Actively understand the structure of the databases, including inbound data processes, data management considerations, and data extraction/delivery functionality. Gain an understanding of data volume expectations and trends. Use this knowledge to provide advice and recommendations on customer selections. - Work with the relevant project teams to define the requirements for data migrations, and development of new capabilities. Produce relevant and insightful reporting where required to monitor performance of campaigns. Excellent communication skills, with ability to explain complex data concepts to a non-technical audience. Ability to work autonomously.
