Senior Key Account Manager - to be based remotely anywhere in the UK
Key responsibilities:
The selected candidate would be responsible for the key account management in Nordics, UK and Irland regions. He/she would be responsible for Jinko key account sales.
* Interact with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, both technically and commercially.
* Initiate solutions to meet customer needs and maintain long-term relationships with Key clients.
* Schedule, manage, participate, and run special customer events, customer requests, and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between us and Jinko client.
* Independently develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales target.
* Prospect and develop business opportunities align with global strategy to prompt Jinko brand influence.
* Manage project pipeline and sales process.
* Work closely with local Legal, Finance, Technical Support, Product team to drive major contractual negotiations according to company guideline.
* Support marketing activities and market communication. Collect market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities to optimize the business.
* Localisation of global strategy and execution aligned to local market needs.
* Develop strategies to grow market share and partnerships together with the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
* Degree in business or engineering
* Good understanding of the PV market
* Demonstrable and successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar with key accounts in the region
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex contractual negotiations involving multiple stakeholders
* Experience with value selling and designing an account development strategy/plan
* Good verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English and another language.
* Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously
* Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
* Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
* High reliability and ability to work under pressure
* Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
* Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
