Role Overview:
The CEO will provide strategic and tactical leadership to Oxford Food Hub, guiding the organisation through its next phase of growth. This role is critical in enhancing the Hub's impact, expanding its operational capacity, and securing financial sustainability.

Strategic Leadership and Vision:
Strategic Planning - Leading on the delivery of the strategic plan
Visionary Leadership by championing a clear vision
Market Analysis and Adaptation including food surplus sources and trends
Employee & Volunteer Engagement
Operational Excellence and Capacity Building:
Drive improvements in operational efficiency, logistics, and food redistribution
Capacity Expansion and network expansion
Operational Performance including achieving operational targets and effective management of a predominantly volunteer workforce. Financial Sustainability and Resource Mobilisation:
