Job Description
The role will be as part of our Customer Service function, focusing on developing, analysing and creating models/tools used by the business.
It is vital that the candidate has an analytical mindset, strong communication skills and can adapt to fast paced, ever changing business environments
As part of this role you will assist and work with other internal stakeholders. You will support teams that work across a variety of projects and deliver support to many areas of our business, the areas of responsibility you will have are:
4. Data analysis and Data Manipulation
5. Business Process improvement
6. Develop data analytics and other strategies to optimise efficiency and quality
7. Maintaining PowerBi dashboards and insights
8. Proactively identify trends in data and make recommendations on operational improvements
9. Support infrastructure and controls
10. Management reporting and insights
11. Business Intelligence
Qualifications
12. Degree level, or equivalent education in the areas of statistics or computer science is advantageous
13. Strong problem-solving ability
14. Commercial mindset
15. Ability to communicate with wide range of stakeholders with various levels of technical understanding
16. Ability to demonstrate exceptional numerical and analytical skills with outstanding attention to detail
17. Ability to analyse large and complex datasets
18. Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
19. PowerBi knowledge
20. SQL knowledge
21. VBA knowledge
22. Any programming experience is desirable
23. Business Intelligence tools experience is desirable (Tableau, Looker etc)

What’s next?
Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
