Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Full time/permanent (Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30)
Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience)
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
* Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
* Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
* Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
* Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
* Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and company policies
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
* Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
