Pembrokeshire FRAME is a well-established social enterprise dedicated to supporting individuals who experience social exclusion, learning disabilities, or mental health challenges. Through our furniture and clothing reuse initiatives, online retail, and community-focused approach, we provide opportunities for skill development while promoting sustainability and waste reduction. We are now looking for a Multi-Department Retail & Online Sales Assistant to join our team. This role will be split equally between eBay listing and online sales (50%) and working within the clothing department (50%), with additional flexibility to support other areas such as our reuse stores, bric-a-brac, and warehouse when required. Key Responsibilities Online Sales (50%) Listing and managing donated items for sale on eBay and other online platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, quality photographs, and appropriate pricing Picking, packing, and dispatching sold items in a timely and professional manner Monitoring online listings, responding to customer queries, and processing returns when necessary Keeping track of online sales performance and contributing ideas to improve revenue Clothing Department (50%) Sorting and quality-checking donated clothing and accessories Pricing stock appropriately and ensuring attractive displays within the retail area Managing seasonal stock rotation and making the best use of available space Identifying high-value or vintage clothing for potential online sale Additional Duties Assisting in the shops, bric-a-brac, and other retail departments as needed Delivering excellent customer service and supporting FRAME’s retail operations Supporting the reuse and recycling objectives of FRAME by ensuring maximum value is extracted from donated items Assisting with general warehouse duties, stock movement, and shop floor replenishment Help to support volunteers Person Specification Essential: Experience in eBay selling, online retail, or general sales (or a willingness to learn) Basic computer skills, including the ability to list items online, upload photos, and manage sales A good eye for detail, particularly in product descriptions and pricing Strong organisation and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm for sustainability, recycling, and second-hand goods Experience of working with people that have disabilities or mental health issues. Desirable: Knowledge of fashion brands, textiles, and clothing quality Experience in charity retail or stock management
