Job Title: Training Operations Coordinator
About the team and the mission:
This role is a part of the Global Operations team that supports NIIT’s customer(s) to deliver outstanding service(s). Our team mission is to have people grow in a continuous caring and business-efficient environment allowing individuals to grow professionally while ensuring company policies are adhered to at all times.
As a Training Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Client partner directly to ensure timely deliveries and enhance their experience. You will report to the Training Operations Manager and be the key contact point for all local stakeholders coordinating training session delivery.
Your role:
1. Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site.
2. Be the point of contact for internal trainers and external vendors to coordinate the planning of training sessions.
3. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as required.
4. Control and validate training agreements and ensure they are signed by both client and external vendors.
5. Organize the training sessions according to trainees’ expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
6. Share instructor information with site security as needed.
7. Communicate and inform employees about opening dates of training sessions.
8. Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
9. Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoices if required.
10. Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
Experience and Skills:
1. 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
2. Exposure to an international work environment.
3. Customer service-oriented posture is a must.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
5. Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
6. Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
7. Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage.
8. Fluent in French and English are mandatory requirements.
9. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
