Role responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Executive covering the UK & Nordics, you will be responsible for:
* Acquiring new accounts/customers and managing existing accounts in the assigned territory.
* Developing profitable, long-term, value-added customer relationships using a consultative sales approach.
* Understanding the clinical and economic trends that influence decision-making in today’s healthcare market.
* Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and actively participating in sales activities.
* Maintaining target price levels through effective sales negotiation.
* Updating and managing all account and contact information in the company’s CRM system.
* Providing regular and accurate sales forecasts to management.
* Building and maintaining a short-medium, and long-term sales pipeline while ensuring the necessary levels of leads and opportunities.
* Introducing new technology platforms and products to key accounts and public laboratories.
* Providing regular feedback to management on account status and key initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
* A degree (Bac+5) in Biology, Health, Biotechnology, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of next-generation sequencing and the SaaS ecosystem.
* A proven sales track record in a clinical and/or laboratory market environment.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness and availability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned region.
