Job Description
* Leading the HR function in all HR operations
* Developing and implementing HR plans and initiatives aligned with the business strategy and growth
* Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital
* Developing, implementing/reviewing HR policies
* Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
* Managing the recruitment and selection process across Retail, Head Office and Distribution
* Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
* Continuing to drive employee engagement and satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
* Proven working experience as an operational HR Manager
* People-oriented and results-driven mentality
* Strong knowledge of HR across the employee lifecycle
* Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
