This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Project Controls team, working as a Document Controller on some of the UK's largest Transportation, National Highways, Nuclear, Defence, and Infrastructure projects. You will be part of an experienced team that has a significant impact on the successful delivery of these multi-million-pound contracts, using state-of-the-art Project Controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support.
Role Overview
We have a vacancy for a Document Controller working as part of the Project Control Department, reporting to the Document Control Manager and working as part of the Document Controls Team.
* This is a key project support role focusing on providing efficient document control support to all projects.
* The candidate will be someone keen to see their career develop with a desire to take greater ownership and responsibility.
* This role, in an expanding team, offers the opportunity to receive training from an established Project Controls team while contributing towards the delivery of various high-profile projects.
* The individual will be responsible for managing company documents and project deliverables while ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity during the project lifecycle stages.
Essential Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a similar role in Document control and record management.
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
* Good working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as ProjectWise, AssetWise, 4Projects, Business Collaborator, and others.
* Experience working on platforms such as ProjectWise, eB (Enterprise Bridge), AssetWise, Business Collaborator, and SharePoint at an advanced level.
