The Role We have a brand-new opportunity for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to join our business. This is an exciting leadership role where you’ll drive our marketing function, shape our brand strategy, and lead digital transformation across the group. As we continue to expand, this role will be instrumental in ensuring our marketing efforts drive engagement, growth, and real impact. You’ll work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic direction while supporting Business Unit Marketing Managers to deliver effective and impactful marketing plans. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Lead the marketing function across Realise, ensuring an aligned approach that supports our business objectives. - Create and own the group marketing strategy, building corporate brand awareness and supporting all business unit objectives. - Own and develop our digital marketing strategy, leveraging SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, and content marketing to drive lead generation and brand awareness. - Support and coach Business Unit Marketing Managers, providing leadership, resources, and expertise to enhance business unit marketing plans and localised campaigns. - Analyse and optimise performance, using data and insights to continuously refine marketing activities and improve ROI. - Strengthen our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while allowing for business unit differentiation where appropriate. - Oversee website development and optimisation, ensuring an exceptional user experience that drives conversions. - Work closely with sales and operational teams to align marketing efforts with learner and employer engagement strategies. - Lead on campaign innovation, identifying new trends, channels, and creative approaches to engage target audiences. - Manage external agencies and partners to enhance digital reach and performance.
