We are looking for candidates who can adhere to an 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. schedule. This position reports to our office in Northborough, MA.

* Conduct phone screens using our proven methodology
* Engage candidates in dynamic conversations to discuss their motivations and values
* Schedule interviews for hiring managers across the United States
* Enter data into the applicant tracking system rapidly and accurately
* Keep candidates engaged and excited to join the company
