The Role
As Head of Procurement, you will:
* Set Strategy- Deliver procurement strategies while driving cost-efficiency and service excellence within the region.
* Relationship and stakeholder management- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Innovation & new ways of working- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in sourcing, risk mitigation, and procurement practices.
* Budget- Take ownership for a sizeable regional procurement budget, delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
* Team management and leadership- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Your Experience and Skills
* You will currently be a Head of Procurement in a globally recognized FMCG business.

* Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills within a complex matrix organization.
* A track record of leading and inspiring a team, driving collaboration, and achieving results.
