We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for a prestigious flagship store in Edinburgh. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, maintaining a clean and attractive environment.
2. Support sales objectives and ensure high standards of customer service.
3. Manage inventory and administrative tasks.
4. Oversee staff scheduling and team management.
5. Create a positive and supportive team environment.
6. Utilize your fashion or retail experience to advise and assist customers.
7. Build effective communication and relationships with customers and colleagues.
8. Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages is a bonus but not essential.
Skills:
1. Experience in high-end fashion or retail brands.
2. Management or supervisory experience.
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Fluency in a second language is preferred.
