Purpose of the Job:
To help to deliver Foster Denovo’s Client Services Proposition by delivering a first class support service to Private Client Partners. This allows our Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide admin support for CEE’s and their partners.
* Follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients perceive to be a personalised and high quality service.
* Have a good understanding of the workflow and be able to deliver and report against the various tasks, ensuring that all internal interested parties can easily review the current status of each client.
* Collate all documentation and ensure that new business is submitted for internal compliance approval and quality grading.
* Provide general day to day support to the Client Experience Team Leader (Private Wealth Admin) and all relevant Partners / CEE’s.
* Prepare personalised client packs for Partners prior to client meetings.
* Obtain information from providers on clients existing financial arrangements.
* Input all client information into the back office system and ensure all tasks are recorded and acted upon within the agreed timescales.
* Ensure that the client file is compliant.
* Be responsible for scanning and archiving client files.
* Undertake any other duties commensurate with your grade, skills and experience.
* Participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.
* Provide cover for London reception as/when required.
* Continuously meet the regulator’s Fit & Proper requirements.
