Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Glasgow. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, managing office equipment, delivering exceptional customer service, invoicing, credit control, bookkeeping and handling office administration tasks.
Qualifications
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
* Familiarity with Office Equipment operation
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
