Title: Sales Consultant
Position Details: Full-time, W-2 Employee
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, may flex to meet business need
Location: Fully Remote, US Based
Salary Range: $60-75k depending on experience plus variable compensation, 6-figure potential

What is the role of the Sales Consultant?
The Sales Consultant is a sales representative who is the primary point of contact for prospective students and is responsible for all aspects of the admissions sales cycle from initial inquiry to student enrollment. They work with prospective students by setting and taking phone appointments, actively listening, and assessing sales readiness. They coach prospective students on their vision while utilizing sales techniques to match prospects with key iPEC benefits and hold them accountable to next steps (forwarding the action) toward enrollment. This role is designed for an individual with a strong sales background, an abundance of Level 5 Energy, a competitive/entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability and desire to proactively create sales opportunities both through skill and enthusiasm about Core Energy Coaching.
We ask you in your role of Sales Consultant to:
1. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
2. Demonstrate strong sales acumen, including outreach to create prospective student appointments, proactive strategies for lead generation, effective follow up with prospects in the pipeline, and effective closing skills
3. Utilize sales and coaching skills with prospective students and organizations to qualify them for the iPEC training. Help overcome challenges and barriers to enrollment by matching prospects’ needs with the benefits of iPEC’s training. Build rapport and create actionable next steps in their decision-making process. Enroll students on an ongoing basis to achieve sales targets.
4. Understand where prospective students are in making a decision about the enrollment process - and adjust the sales coaching conversation accordingly
5. Utilize CRM data and dashboards to proactively identify sales opportunities in the pipeline for effective outreach and follow up
6. Responsible for all aspects of the admissions sales cycle from initial inquiry to student enrollment
7. Properly process new enrollments and necessary internal documentation, including administrative tasks required in CRM and other required systems. Implement systems to ensure accuracy of all backend tasks
8. Effectively navigate frequent changes and/or unexpected events with an anabolic energetic contribution to the tasks at hand as well as to the team
9. Be a very well organized self-starter with a high attention to detail, ability to follow processes while thinking out of the box, and able to prioritize and manage time effectively
10. Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence

13. Keep abreast of best practices, changes to the iPEC program and top competitive programs.

16. Be dedicated to the position for 40 hours per week

We are looking for the following education, certification & experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in sales or other related field is strongly preferred, but not required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience (inbound/outbound, B to C and/or B to B, phone sales experience a plus)
3. iPEC Certified Professional Coach, ACC accreditation or higher is strongly preferred
4. ELI-MP Certified strongly preferred
5. Fluency in English
6. Proven track record of success in meeting sales goals
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
8. Effective follow-up skills; presentation skills a plus
9. Self-motivated with focused initiative.
10. Ability to roll up sleeves and work in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented environment
11. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at once
We are looking for the following technical requirements:
1. Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Google Suite, Office 365 and Hubspot)
2. Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM/Sales software
3. Knowledge of Call Center telephony and technology (or willingness to quickly learn)
4. Internet speed connection minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload on a stable connection
5. Strong aptitude for time zones
