Education & Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. English and Maths, GCSE, CSE, level 1 A-C or above
2. IT skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Ability to travel
Desirable criteria
1. NVQ qualification level 2 or 3 in Business & Administration/Customer Care/Team Leading or equivalent
Knowledge
Essential criteria
1. Knowledge of Patient Administration systems
2. General office duties
3. Knowledge of the Microsoft Packages
Experience
Essential criteria
1. Previous supervisory experience/line management
2. Previous experience of working with the general public
3. Customer service skills
Skills & Abilities
Essential criteria
1. Typing/IT skills (email, word processing & file management)
2. Good communication skills
3. Excellent telephony skills
4. Flexibility to cope with the changing needs of the job
5. Excellent organisational skills
6. Ability to work alone and make own judgements
