Duties will include:
1. Keep track of stock levels to support a smooth production flow.
2. Handle administrative tasks related to work orders and purchase orders.
3. Maintain strong customer relationships by working closely with suppliers and clients.
4. Adjust packaging and production schedules to align with business and customer requirements.
5. Oversee material coordination to ensure everything is available for production.
6. Arrange transportation and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Experience and skills:
1. IT experience, specifically Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
4. Ability to prioritise tasks.
5. Experience in data analysis of a supply & demand environment (desirable).
