Are you a skilled professional with experience in complex repairs? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plasterer to join our South Coast property team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting into the Complex Repairs Manager, the successful applicant will provide a reactive and responsive repairs service to our tenants who reside on the South Coast. The nature of the role will be looking after large-scale repairs, disrepairs, HHSRS, local authority, Ombudsman, insurance work & all repairs over a certain cost.
Candidates must be fully qualified in plastering with additional skills in other trades. We ask that you live within a commutable distance of the South Coast to be able to reach our customer’s homes in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Multi-skilled workforce: You will have demonstrable competence within the primary trade as well as various other skills and experience to enable the completion of complex repairs.
* Reporting: Being able to read and understand reports will play a big part of your role.
* Stakeholder engagement: You will liaise with multiple external sources, so comfortability and a sound repairs knowledge is paramount.
* Customer satisfaction: Our customers are at the heart of what we do; you will not only be experienced in a customer-focused environment, but you will share a passion for going the extra mile to get the job done.
* Health & safety awareness: You will have the ability to carry out physical tasks and be aware of health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, our customers, and colleagues.
Role Criteria
Essential:
* You will be able to undertake out of hours call-out duties on a rota basis. (This is paid at £524 per week).
* You will hold a valid driver’s license as a company vehicle will be provided.
* You will hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification.
Desirable:
* Experience of working in a Housing Association environment.
