Car Bodyshop Workshop Controller / Accident Repair centre ideally with workshop skills for Prestige Bodyshop Workshop Controller.
Our client, part of the Sandown Coachworks Group, is one of the South East's leading prestige accident repair groups. Their longest standing site in Shepperton TW17 (SOUTHWEST LONDON) in addition to their 3 other Surrey based sites.
They are currently actively recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller who must have strong workshop experience to support the Bodyshop Manager due to expansion at their new 16,000 square foot state of the art facility in Shepperton. The site is already BS10125 with structural aluminium and 13 Manufacturer approvals.
The role will involve managing work through the workshop, overseeing efficiencies, pushing up and selling services, quality control, updating online systems for insurance companies, adding images to EMACS and Audatex, ensuring all SLAs are met, inventory management, and overseeing Health and Safety. The candidate must be well presented with good communication and management skills. This role has lots of potential.
Sandown Coachworks is currently one of the best performing bodyshop groups in the southeast of England.
This is a full-time role working from 7.30am to 5.30pm. You will also be required to join the Saturday morning rota working from 8am-12pm, no more than 1 Saturday per month.

This is a permanent full-time role paying £30,000-£40,000 + performance bonus (based on experience) + great benefits and pension.
