Reporting to the Planned Maintenance Manager, the Multi Skilled Operative will be responsible for undertaking various planned compliance checks and maintenance tasks across various sites in Yorkshire. The individual will work as part of the mobile maintenance team and will need to be able to complete tasks to ahigh quality standard and in a timely manner in line with SLA/KPIs. Ideally the individual would have experience in Facilities Management and possess the ability to carry out basic handyman type maintenance tasks. This is a mobile position in Yorkshire. Location: Leeds Hours Per Week:Monday - Friday 40 hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Multi Skilled Operativewill : Undertake a range of planned compliance checks covering Weekly and Monthly and Annual FM responsibilities on behalf of the client Complete weekly checks on site such as fire alarm testing, fire escapes and firefighting equipment, plant room inspections, lifts and emergency voice alarms. General walkarounds to report on required maintenance and ensure we maintain clients locations to the highest standard. Complete monthly checks on site for example checking of first aid stations, defibrillators and taking meter readings. Carry out Site Inductions and escorting when required Carry out basic maintenance tasks for example installing signage or adjusting door ironmongery. Use your own initiative to solve problems associated with planned and reactive maintenance activities, including sourcing parts & materials. Update the Helpdesk on progress of works and request time extensions as required. Liaise closely with our helpdesk to ensure efficient response to all works, either working on your own or as part of a team. Provide detailed write-ups/PDA reports of works carried out to ensure that both the GFM & clients CAFM system is kept up to date at all times Deal with a variety of Clients/Customers on a daily basis Keep accurate Time reports on all tasks completed.
