Health & Safety Coordinator
Hybrid Role: Working from home and office
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal Working Hours
Salary: £38,000 + Company Car
One of the world's leading FM companies is looking for a Health & Safety Coordinator to work across a multinational commercial contract. You'll be responsible for day-to-day admin duties, site walkarounds & inspections, and dealing with the client.
Working within the South West contract, we are looking for someone to be office-based in either Bristol or Plymouth as well as working from home.

Responsibilities for a Health & Safety Coordinator:
1. Responsible for day-to-day admin duties of SHE function within the FM Team
2. Supporting the project and design team
3. Site walkarounds/inspections to identify risks and areas of concern
4. Conduct site tours as required
5. Maintaining training records, planning training sessions, and helping develop the training programme
6. Track actions from audits, risk assessments, and incidents
7. Managing contractors including reviewing RAMS and issuing permits to work
8. Internal and external reporting including compiling environmental and safety statistics
9. Monitor and report on agreed KPIs for SHE performance
Person Specification / Experience for a Health & Safety Coordinator:
1. Good basic education to GCSE level
2. Education to A-level/HNC/University standard (desirable)
3. Previous ISO, auditing, ESG experience (essential)
4. Previous experience working and communicating to stakeholders from CEO to front line
5. Previous training delivery experience
