Customer Relations Administrator - 12 Months FTC Maternity Cover
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Position: 12 months Fixed Term
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (rotational shift 8:00am, 08:30am or 9:00am starts)
Provisional start date - 5th of May 2025
Davies are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. As a Customer Relations Administrator, you’ll be ensuring our policyholders and clients receive exceptional service and a speedy resolution to their insurance claim queries. There are no specific qualifications that we demand for the role; and although we welcome those with previous industry experience or experience handling data subject access requests, it’s transferable skills and qualities that we value here at Davies.
What will your day look like:
* Communicating professionally with a variety of people including customers, insurers, suppliers and colleagues around the country
* Assessing and acknowledging all data or information requests as appropriate
* Co-ordinate the collation of all data relevant to data subject access requests
* Efficiently handling client and policyholder queries, whilst following standard procedures
* Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements
* Recording full and accurate updates within our systems
* Contributing to a happy team working environment
Knowledge and Abilities:
* Previous experience with handling data subject access requests would be advantageous
* A professional and adaptable communication style – both written and verbal
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
* A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
