£45,000 - £60,000 Per Annum
Our clients, are leaders in their sector and supply to clients servicing the construction industry. They are recruiting for a Project Manager to support projects during an exciting period of growth!
Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
* Be the main point of contact for clients, liaise between the company and its clients, to ensure contracts are fulfilled in-line with requirements as to design, timeline and budget
* Work with the estimating office to raise and quote variations
* Monitor costs and producing monthly valuations in line with application
* Issuing Contract Records advising client of anything that could be deemed contractual
* Producing the final accounts, agreeing costs with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Raise purchase orders for sub-contractors
* Update ASTA power project planning, monitoring changes and advising other departments of changes
* Carrying out regular site visits, planning labour and resources determining site labour allocation with the site Operations Manager
* Managing team meetings to ensure design logistics/ manufacturing are on time
* Liaising with design manager/coordinator regarding installations, passing survey information to the design department
* Writing method statements risk assessments and possibly lift plans
* Reviewing all site H&S reports at the weekly contracts meeting
* Ensuring RAMS are completed in advance of site operations and signed off with main contractors
* Liaising with the main contractor to ensure works are planned in a safe manner
The ideal Project Manager will:
* Have previous experience as a Project Manager
* Will have gained this experience within Steel Fabrication industry
* Have you managed sub-contractors and related paperwork
* Have previously managed project lifecycles
* Have a Full UK Licence, and be willing to travel to customer sites in the region
