Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for permanent Sister/Charge Nurse on AMAU in Prince Phillip Hospital. The unit comprises of 3 resus beds, 19 Assessment beds, 2 surge beds and an ambulatory unit consisting of 6 spaces. The unit supports operational demand.

You will be expected to ensure a high standard of care is delivered for our patients and work closely with the Site, SDEC & MIU team within a positive and challenging environment.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead the team with a strong emphasis on keeping the patients at the centre of everything we do.

1. Registered Nurse (Part 1)
2. Current NMC Registration
3. Pertinent post graduate diploma (or equivalent development/experience and a willingness to undertake appropriate post graduate diploma level study)
4. Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
5. Bronze IQT

1. Teaching qualification (or equivalent experience)
2. Recognised management qualification.
