You’ll supervise two junior solicitors who have solid experience but need a go-to person for technical support. The role offers a mix of local and high-net-worth client work across wills, trusts, and probate, with no Court of Protection matters. With 20 offices nationwide and a dedicated private client team, the firm is well-resourced and has a strong client base. There is a clear opportunity for progression as there is currently no one leading the team. You’ll have autonomy in your role while benefiting from the support of the wider private client team in London. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a solicitor with: 5-10 years’ PQE in private client law. A strong track record in wills and probate work. Experience supervising or mentoring junior solicitors. A proactive approach and a desire to grow the team. Salary & Benefits Full-time or part-time options available (3 or 4 days per week considered).
