Your mission will be to achieve sales targets while nurturing and developing strong partnerships and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Generate new business by targeting decision-makers within brands and manufacturers, building long-term relationships.
Proactively manage and develop relationships with key accounts to retain and grow business while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Create and implement account profiles and plans for a structured focus on customer needs.
Collaborate with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Technical, Customer Service, Finance) to deliver outstanding service.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting, while managing personal activities to meet targets.
Work closely with the Marketing department to enhance awareness of the brand and services.
Guide customers through the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely project delivery.
Identify market opportunities and trends to maximize product exploitation.
Maintain accurate CRM records and adapt sales plans based on market dynamics.
Experience required: Highly experienced in business development or account management, ideally within the manufacturing sector H I&I industry and markets.
In-depth experience and knowledge of B2B sales within the Personal Care or H I&I industry and markets.
Proven sales track record in growing accounts in sales and profit.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Flexible for UK travel 1-2 days per week, 3 days in the office.
