Reporting to the head of product and working closely with the director of business change, you will: Lead the Product Function: Collaborate with the Head of Product to create and maintain a strategic vision for Bromford's products. Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. Establish and guide a high-performing product team, setting standards and providing direction for Product Owners. Drive the transition to a product-led model, implementing frameworks and promoting a customer-focused, cross-functional way of working. Line manage and develop Product Owners within the team. Champion a Product-Led Mindset: Communicate and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for Bromford's portfolio, aligning with strategic priorities and customer needs. Collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring product decisions are data-driven and customer-focused. Encourage agile, iterative approaches to delivery, building a culture of value creation and continuous improvement. Provide transparency in product development, updating stakeholders on roadmaps, challenges, and outcomes. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in a lead product management role, ideally within agile environments. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach and develop product teams. Excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively. Analytical expertise to assess user needs, prioritise features, and make informed decisions. Proven adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities and evolving business requirements.
