Aspire Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR, Compliance and Governance Manager to oversee our compliance, governance and HR functions.
This pivotal role ensures that Aspire Recruitment remains compliant with all regulatory, legal and HR standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in ensuring organisational compliance and be able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide guidance and support to employees at all levels. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in a relevant field such as law, human resources or business administration
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
