Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Specialist Research Nurse to join the Oxford Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) team at the Churchill Hospital. The Senior Specialist Nurse will lead the nursing team to provide expert nursing care to patients referred to the Oxford BMT service contributing to this within the BMT pathway through management of their own caseload. The post holder will work in collaboration with the Haematology Trial Unit, which is involved in a wide spectrum of clinical research relating to blood disorders including advanced cellular therapeutics. The team works in collaboration with academic and commercial partners/other funding bodies and is responsible for the delivery of the phase 1-3 haematology research portfolio.
