Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Customer Engagement: Support onboarding, training, and product demonstrations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to enhance the customer experience.
* Revenue Growth: Contribute to achieving sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in tech or video solutions).
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
* Passion for digital video, connected TV, or streaming technologies is a plus.
