This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Legal Cashier located in Leith. The Assistant Legal Cashier will be responsible for assisting with the management of client accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, processing payments, banking cheques, and maintaining accurate financial records. They will also handle queries related to client accounts and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications
* Experience with managing financial records and accounts
* Knowledge of legal cashiering and Law Society accounts rules
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Previous experience in a legal or finance environment is advantageous
* Solas qualification and experience of Practice Manager from Denovo desirable, however full training will be provided
