Designate General Manager
At Parkdean Resorts, we're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Designate General Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, ultimately leading to the management of a holiday park.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion company values, creating a positive culture and engaging teams while ensuring full compliance with legal, health, safety, and GDPR regulations.
* Oversee all financial aspects, including budgets, sales, profit margins, and expenses, to meet annual targets.
* Hold regular meetings with department heads to ensure collaboration and strategy alignment.
* Collaborate with the central People Team to recruit, onboard, and welcome new talent, as well as lead training and development initiatives.
* Lead park winterisation plans, capital projects, and identify security risks within company systems.
