This role is dynamic, and challenges technical, business and people skills to successfully manage the project landscape. The Launch and Change Management function manages all new product introductions and changes into the manufacturing process. You will work cross-functionally in a multi project landscape to ensure all new introductions are seamlessly integrated without impact or disruption to the running production processes. What awaits you? This is a two-year programme that leads into a permanent position with the company. You will be an integral part of the two and over the 24-month period you will do the following: - Support the team in launch or series activities. - Be part of the successful launch of pre-series cars and new bespoke content. - Keep in close contact with the process partners of the team and have a unique view of the manufacturing of high luxury cars. - Take responsibility for your own projects and present them in front of process partners and your team. - Support the team manager with reporting and presentations into the wider BMW business and partner departments.
