Our client turns over around £5m per annum supplying maintenance services to underground utilities companies (predominantly gas and water). Due to this growth, our client is now looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join their team to help them achieve their growth goals within the South West.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling within the Gas and/or Water sectors and have experience in selling technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identifying potential new sales opportunities
2. Using commercial judgement to develop and execute sales strategies
3. Building relationships with key decision-makers
4. Managing the sales pipeline in line with budget expectations
5. Closing deals
6. Tracking and reporting on sales performance
7. Engaging in networking within industry events
In return for the right candidate, our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to circa £55,000 + 15% bonus + company car.
