We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Purchasing Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement functions, logistics, and materials management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raise Requisitions: Efficiently manage and process requisitions using CDMS and Excel.
2. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics of materials, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
3. Materials Management: Maintain and update records of materials, ensuring availability and proper storage.
4. Communication: Actively engage with suppliers and internal teams, making phone calls to chase and follow up on outstanding tasks.
5. Policing and Follow-Up: Ensure all tasks are closed off and followed up, maintaining a structured and organised approach.
