* Delivering essential IV therapy services and ensuring patient comfort and safety
* Partnering with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and engaging with patients effectively
* Managing a dynamic caseload, reviewing patient progress daily for optimal outcomes
* Collaborating in weekly MDT meetings to track patient growth and success
* Maintaining precise electronic documentation in adherence to professional standards and local guidelines

Person Specification
Experience
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
* Demonstrates evidence based clinical knowledge
* IV Therapy competencies
* Venepuncture and Cannulation
* Evidence of team working
* Good time keeping and able to manage a workload
* Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
* Evidence of continuous professional development
* Previous experience in community
* Experience in IV therapy
* Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
Skills and knowledge
* Evidence of good IT skills
* Be an effective team member
* Experience of the use of clinical systems
* Demonstrate the initiative to proactively problem solve with a solution focus
