Team Secretary / Administrator - £30,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience)
A great opportunity is currently available for a Team Secretary/Administrator, with fast, accurate audio typing, to join our small firm of surveyors & property consultants in Bristol as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will also assist in HR duties for the company alongside their role as secretary to the Managing Partner.
You will require good IT skills, accurate typing, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work under pressure as you will be a key person in this company.
The role will provide administrative support to various departments and the Managing Partner plus some HR duties for the company.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, embracing the important administrative duties required.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Reporting directly to the Partners
2. Typing letters, emails and documentation
3. Answering calls and assisting clients as required
4. Day to day Diary Management for the survey department
5. Booking appointments
6. Maintaining Document Management System and database
7. General administration
8. HR duties for the company
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous secretary/office administration experience (over 10 years preferred)
2. Solid IT skills with Microsoft Office including MS Excel
3. Fast, accurate typing
4. Confident and professional communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
5. Able to prioritise and good all-round organisation skills
This is a full-time position - Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5pm.
