Superb Benefits include:- Up to10% target bonus PMI (upon completion of 6 month probation) Life Assurance, Pension Holidays: 25 plus 8 bank holidays As Finance Manager YOU will be responsible for all UK accounting for monthly and year-end financial statements, tax and business partnering activities on costs, sales, capex, cash, forecasts, budgets and internal controls. YOUR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are: US Reporting - monthly, yearend, Statutory accounts, Corporation Tax, VAT, Payroll, Audit Cash, Working Capital and Treasury Management (including weekly forecasts, FX) and Tax Planning / Compliance Management accounting, information, analysis, variances, trends, business drivers, reporting (link into market, product). Financial Planning & Analysis - Sales, GM and SG&A - Forecast and Budgets, Bridges etc. Support, financial advice and sounding board to Site Director to enable more informed decision-making capability Business Partner to Sales, Operations, Logistics, R&D, IT and HR etc. KPI's / Balanced Scorecard - operational and financial at appropriate frequency Profit improvement - revenue increase, cost efficiency / reduction Profitability analysis - product, customer, ex R&D, operational efficiencies Product Costing system Modelling, Investment appraisals / DCF / spend control (including capex) Relationships with external and internal stakeholders (including Bank and Pensions) Risk Management - business risk, insurance, internal controls, fraud Processes, practices and controls - efficient and effective to meet business needs Systems - financial and business (ERP), including upgrade / implementation Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial contact
