Litigation Legal Secretary, Lisburn.
Busy, growing law firm wish to recruit a litigation secretary for their sub office in Lisburn.
Main Duties are as follows:
1. Audio typing of legal documents
2. Make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for his/her fee earner if requested.
3. To provide support to other secretaries and fee earners when required.
4. Dealing with clients directly and in-directly.
The suitable candidate will have the following:
5. Experience in handling high volume Litigation work
6. Excellent audio and PA skills.
7. Excellent communication skills with a comfortable and professional telephone manner
8. Ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus with a positive and helpful attitude.
